Extra-curricular Activity Achievements
List a minimum of three (3) and a maximum of five (5) extra-curricular activities or accomplishments that you believe will help demonstrate at least three areas of your extra-curricular involvement. Provide a brief description of each one as well as a supporting document. Examples of supporting documents include a referral letter, certificate(s), award(s), proof of accomplishment, etc.
Please provide a letter written by your child indicating his/her accomplishments, and their personal meaning, in areas such as community service, leadership, music, arts, athletics, citizenship, character and overall engagement in school and community life.

As an extension of the Admissions interview process, new students who are also eligible for scholarships will participate in a private interview (without parents). The interview will provide the applicant the opportunity to elaborate upon their accomplishments in areas such as community service, leadership, music, arts, athletics, citizenship, character and overall engagement.
Upon completing this application, and given that the student meets the academic performance requirements of this application, St. George’s will contact the family to schedule this interview.
A minimum of 85% required on the NNAT/Math/English segments of the CAT entrance exam. All applicants will be required to take this exam.
