2027–2028 Academic Year Applications Open August 14

Applications for the 2027–2028 academic year officially open on August 14, 2026. Select a grade level below to review admission requirements, and prepare your materials early to ensure a smooth submission process before the deadline.

Eligibility

Access to English schooling is governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec which stipulate that all students who attend government-subsidized English schools in Quebec require an English eligibility certificate. For more information on the criteria for English eligibility, please see the MEQ website.

At St. George’s, the eligibility certificate is only required for students in Grades 7 through 11. Students in Grades K through 6 do not require an eligibility certificate to apply.

PLEASE NOTE: International students applying to Grades 7-11 are exempt from this requirement during the application process. St. George’s will assist your family in applying for an English eligibility certificate upon receipt of a valid CAQ and Study Permit.
